Had an amazing experience booking a trip with them. Adil bhai explained everything in detail even before booking and while making purchases as well. After reaching Kashmir, there were constant follow ups and feedback taken for the day. Hotels arranged were good and had good heating facility in temperatures below 0 degree. Overall super happy with the service.
